The Advanced Injury-Prevention Techniques Masterclass

Are You Ready to Take Control of Your Injury Risk?

This on-demand masterclass teaches you exactly how to reduce injury risk and stay on the field — without overcomplicating your training or sacrificing performance.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Apply proven injury-prevention principles specific to female footballers

  • Improve movement quality in running, jumping, landing, and change of direction

  • Use strength, mobility, and recovery strategies to build a more resilient body

With a clearer framework and smarter training decisions, you can start training consistently, recovering better, and staying available across the entire season.

What's Included In The Masterclass...

STEP 1

Understanding Injury Risks

Effective injury prevention starts with understanding why injuries happen.

In this step, you’ll learn:

  • The most common injuries in female footballers (ACL, hamstring, ankle, concussion)

  • Key risk factors including collisions, fatigue, overuse, and uneven surfaces

  • Female-specific considerations such as hormonal influences and anatomical differences

  • How training load, recovery, and preparation influence injury risk

You’ll finish this step with a clear understanding of what actually increases injury risk — and what you can control.

STEP 2

Biomechanics and Movement Analysis

How you move matters just as much as how hard you train.

In this step, you’ll learn:

  • The basics of biomechanics and how forces act on the body

  • Proper technique for running, jumping, landing, and changing direction

  • Common faulty movement patterns such as knee valgus and overpronation

  • How video analysis can be used to identify and correct movement issues

You’ll finish this step knowing what good movement looks like — and how to recognise problems before they become injuries.

STEP 3

Strengthening and Conditioning for Injury Prevention

A stronger body is a more resilient body.

In this step, you’ll learn:

  • Why strength and conditioning are critical for reducing injury risk

  • Key strengthening strategies for shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and the back

  • How to build joint stability and tissue tolerance for football demands

  • How conditioning supports injury prevention, not just fitness

You’ll finish this step with a framework for using strength and conditioning to protect your body, not just push it harder.

STEP 4

Flexibility and Mobility

Good mobility supports better movement, recovery, and long-term durability.

In this step, you’ll learn:

  • The role of flexibility and mobility in injury prevention

  • When to use dynamic warm-ups versus static stretching

  • How end-range strengthening builds resilience at vulnerable positions

  • Practical mobility strategies to keep joints healthy and moving well

You’ll finish this step with a clear approach to maintaining mobility that supports performance and reduces injury risk.

This Masterclass Is For You If…

  • You train hard but keep dealing with niggles, soreness, or preventable injuries

  • You’re unsure if your current training is actually protecting you from injury

  • You want to move better, feel more stable, and reduce breakdowns on game day

  • You’re tired of guessing what mobility, strength, or recovery work you should be doing

  • You want training that supports long-term performance and keeps you available all season
